MSTPA Becomes Alliance for Parking Data Standards Affiliate

MSTPA is proud to announce that we have joined the Alliance for Parking Data Standards (APDS) as an affiliate partner. APDS is a global organization combining the expertise of parking, transportation, and mobility professionals worldwide to establish a global parking data standard.

APDS is a consensus-built international standard establishing a common language for data elements and definitions in the parking, transportation, and mobility sector. The organization was established through a partnership between the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI), the British Parking Association (BPA), and the European Parking Association (EPA). The organization’s mission is to develop, promote, manage, and maintain a uniform global standard that will allow organizations to share parking data across platforms worldwide. APDS also helps to facilitate seamless integration, compatibility, and communication between parking entities, the automotive industry, IT developers, map and app providers, as well as other stakeholders.

As an APDS affiliate, MSTPA is committed to providing our support for the advancement of this important standard for our industry.
