Adele Clements, CAPP, is the Senior Director of Transportation, Parking and Fleet Services for Emory University. She has been with Emory for fifteen years. She joined the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia Board in 2017. She is the President of the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Agnes Scott College and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University.
